Sunglasses and spectacle frames are normally dispatched from our office within 2-3 working days of your order provided your model of choice is in stock at the manufacturer - again if theres a delay we will advise by email.

Due to problems with people not being home to sign for courier deliveries, from now on all orders within Australia will be sent Registered Post. If you want your order quicker then please specify you want them sent with Australian Air Express Couriers. This is done in the checkout when finalising your order.  This service costs no extra.This provides person to person delivery but does require a signature on receipt so please provide a delivery address where this is possible(usually a work address). If no one is there to sign, an extra redelivery charge from Aust Air Express can apply.

The cost of post delivery is $8.50 for orders of 1-5 items, or for orders of 6 or more items, then your order will be sent freight free. Time frame for Toll delivery is usually the following day from our dispatch. If you prefer we can send your order with Australia Post Receipted Delivery. Cost of this is the same as the courier, but please allow an extra few days for delivery as the postal system is considerably slower.

All orders outside Australia are sent Airmail. The cost of this is $19.90 for 1-6 items or freight free for 7 or more items. Delivery via insured international airmail normally takes 2-3 weeks since all the anti-terrorism measures makes international post slow.

Cash On Delivery - If you prefer we can send your order within Australia via COD post. If you choose this option, then Australia Post charges approx $15 for freight in total, so when you receive your order you simply pay for your goods at the post office and Aust Post will then bill you separately for the postal charges.
