The cost of Australian delivery is $11.90. For all orders over $175 in value your order will be sent freight free.

 

All orders outside Australia are $28.90. Delivery is via insured international airmail which normally takes 1-2 weeks depending on the country since all the anti-terrorism measures makes international post slow. Please note all international orders must be paid by Paypal to be valid.

 

Most contact lenses are dispatched within 1 working day of your order - if for some reason theres a delay we'll advise you via email.

Sunglasses and spectacle frames are normally dispatched from our office within 2-3 working days of your order provided your model of choice is in stock at the manufacturer - again if theres a delay we will advise by email.

 

Most Australian orders are now sent with Startrack Express Couriers. This provides person to person delivery but does require a signature on receipt so please provide a delivery address where this is possible(usually a work address). If no one is there to sign, Startrack will leave notification and then you will have to collect your order from your local post office or Startrack office.

 

It is really important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We stand by all our products and do our very best with photography and product descriptions, but if your purchase is still in some way faulty, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving it in exchange it for an alternative item or for store credit. We are sorry that we cannot accept returns if you have just changed your mind.

To arrange your return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your item/s and let us know your concern.
  2. Safely package and have the item/s sent back to us.
  3. Once the item/s have been received we will issue you with a store credit voucher or dispatch your new order.

Please note that:

All items being returned must be in as new condition with all original packaging, labels and tags.
You must contact us via email to register your return and obtain a return address. Any returns received without prior notice will not be accepted.
If making an exchange, your new item will not be dispatched until your return item has been received.


Returned items must be adequately packaged for safe delivery back to us as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Your return is valid for store credit for the original item value only, the original shipping charges are excluded.


We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale items (sorry).
